Your New Role
As the Project Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales across a portfolio of off-the-plan residential projects, including both in-house developments and exclusive project sales appointments for leading developers.
Job Responsibilities
* Drive sales for off-the-plan residential projects in Queensland
* Host and guide prospective buyers through project tours, display suites, and local site visits
* Deliver engaging project presentations and provide professional consultation to clients
* Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
* Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and marketing partners to maximise sales outcomes
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in property or off-the-plan sales (residential project experience highly regarded)
* A genuine customer-first mindset with cultural awareness and professional service attitude
* Well-organised, flexible, and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities
* Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
* Valid Queensland Real Estate Licence and a current Australian driver's licence
