Manage an area from Caboolture to Rockhampton. Most of your regular clients are located on the Sunshine Coast between Caboolture to Noosa. Travel is once a quarter to Bundaberg and Harvey Bay, with an annual trip to Rockhampton.
This territory has been well serviced by an experienced and capable sales executive; therefore, your opportunity is to bring a new set of eyes to find pockets of opportunity and continue to manage happy relationships with existing customers. You'll plug into a peer group of sales representatives across the country that are fun, driven, capable and helpful.

**Your responsibilities...**
- Meet and exceed sales targets (top and bottom line focus)
- Manage CRM and reporting activities and track projects in your and analyse sales
- Regular call cycle management, calling on mainly trades and retail clients, along with the local builders and specifiers
- Managing and monitoring project sales (predominantly residential market focus in this region) across architects, interior designers, builders and contractors
- Educate and train customers on products to make quality decisions and help educate their clients
- Find opportunities to further increase sales and deliver on those opportunities
**Your skills and experience**
- Sales to some or all of the following - trades/contractors, retail, builders, developers, architects and designers
- Strong PC skills - able to manage CRM reporting and sales analysis with ease
- Organisation and time management
- Friendly, professional and team-based approach
- Able to take accountability and responsibility for solving customer issues
