Your opportunity
We're looking for a driven Retail Marketing Coordinator to help bring Vodafone's brand to life across our nationwide store network. You'll play a key role in delivering stand‐out, integrated campaigns that inspire customers, elevate our in‐store experience, and hit commercial targets.
Working within the Retail Marketing team, you'll collaborate across creative, media, and production partners, as well as internal teams like Store Design, Visual Merchandising, and Brand. This is a hands‐on role in a quick‐paced environment, perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in one of Australia's most recognisable telco brands.
You'll make impact by
- Supporting the delivery of world‐class retail campaigns, from briefing to rollout, ensuring every execution meets the brief and hits the mark.
- Partnering with Apple, Samsung, Google and other key vendors to plan and deliver engaging in‐store experiences for major product launches.
- Owning and managing the retail pricing and ticketing process, keeping all digital and printed assets accurate and up to date.
- Supporting Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives, coordinating artwork and campaign delivery for local activations.
- Reviewing creative assets to ensure they're on‐brand, on‐brief and customer‐ready.
- Collaborating across the business to ensure our retail touchpoints reflect Vodafone's core propositions and campaigns.
- Managing the coordination and approvals of tactical and planned retail activations, keeping everything aligned to brand, legal, and timing requirements.
- Keeping our trackers, WIPs and reports updated and always look for ways to improve how we do things.
- Being a champion of our brand, customers and team culture by staying adaptable, proactive and positive in a constantly evolving industry.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years in a Marketing Coordinator or assistant role (alternatively, you are a motivated marketing graduate/experienced Vodafone Retail team member ready to make your mark).
- A solid grasp of retail marketing or in‐store processes.
- Proven project management skills and attention to detail.
- A forward‐thinking, can‐do attitude with a love for fast‐paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- An optimistic mindset, someone who thrives on challenge and change.
Ideally, you will also have
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar are preferable, but not essential.
