About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People Shared Services team as a People Services Analyst on a 12-month Max Term Contract.

This role is integral to delivering a consistent, high‑quality employee experience by providing timely, accurate, and customer‑focused support across a broad range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR and employee relations queries.

In this role, you'll manage and resolve HR enquiries with a strong focus on case management, applying sound judgement, analytical capability, and a solid understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and organisational processes. You will support employees and leaders with guidance on Workday transactions, policy interpretation, and process navigation, ensuring matters are handled effectively, confidentially, and in line with organisational frameworks.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our HR operations. Your work may include analysing case trends, updating employee records, coaching managers on self‑service tools, supporting ER case preparation, and partnering on optimisation, automation, and transformation activities.

If you are passionate about service excellence, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role offers a platform to make a meaningful impact on both operational efficiency and employee experience.

About You
You bring a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and thrive in a service-driven environment. Your background includes experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR/ER advisory roles, with demonstrated capability in:

* Managing HR or ER‑related cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgement
* Analysing data or case trends to identify risks, opportunities, or continuous improvement recommendations
* Applying HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to provide accurate guidance
* Managing competing priorities while delivering an exceptional employee and leader experience

You are confident using Workday and Microsoft Office, and you're curious about how technology, such as automation tools and Copilot, can support smarter, more efficient service delivery. You communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, adapting your approach to support employees, leaders, and People & Culture partners.

Ideally, you have experience within a medium to large organisation, with exposure to risk management, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
