The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at JV Recruitment, you will: Manage and grow a permanent recruitment desk within the construction sector Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates Run end-to-end recruitment processes Develop your own market niche and client base Have the opportunity to build and lead your own team in the future Contribute to a supportive, high-performing culture This is a role for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and long-term career progression.
