Job Title: Senior Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Network Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and resolving network issues in cloud and LAN environments to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
As a Senior Network Support Specialist, you will be working closely with our network infrastructure established by senior engineers, contributing to network stability and performance. You will also be responsible for writing and updating technical documentation, SOPs, and task cards for clear records, communicating effectively with end-users, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
This is an 18-month assignment with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The pay rate is $55.24 per hour plus super.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, ideal experience in IT roles such as senior service desk or system admin, and the ability to work independently with sound judgment, discretion, and initiative. Familiarity with government ICT environments, policies, and standards is also highly desirable.
