Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Crisis Supporters and ISS's to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with the CISS team to ensure seamless delivery of services, provide guidance and training to new staff members, and contribute to the development of our crisis support model.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to demonstrate strong understanding and application of the Lifeline Crisis Support Model;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Time management and prioritisation skills;
* Proficiency in the use of technology and IT skills required to meet all aspects of the role;
* Ability to understand and apply reflective practice, supervision, and debriefing techniques as identified in Lifeline policy.
