Due to exciting business growth, we have a vacancy in our Field Service Technical Team and we are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join us. This is a Monday to Friday role giving you weekends with family and friends, and we are open to considering rostering arrangements for more flexibility for the right candidates. 
While it would be an advantage if you have industry experience, it is not essential. We have an amazing and talented technical training team who will provide you with the best technical training program to give you a great start in your new career with us. Once qualified, this role will see you provide professional inspection and testing services to our customers, both externally and internally whilst delivering technical advice within the scope of our expertise.

What Your New Role Entails 
On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipmentMaintenance and service repairs on productsBuild solid relationships with customers and provide advice on our products100% commitment to personal and business safetyLiaise with customers, their employees and work on their worksitesWillingness to travel to customer locations which may include overnight stays. 
What You Will Bring With You 
A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background – preferred but not essential. If you have some mechanical aptitude, we can build a development program for you.The ability to develop strong professional relationshipsThe ability to work autonomously if requiredA willingness to work in a sometimes physically demanding roleThe ability to work at heightsFlexibility for regular travel to customer sitesClear written and verbal communicationProblem solving and time management skillsBasic computer literacy skills – email and Excel
