**About your new job**:
Working with Key Accounts your main role is to be the face of the business while delivering exceptional customer service and impressions.
Your duties will be but not limited to
- Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end
- Engagement with key stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes for customers
- Assess and finalize claims payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service including management of claims, communication, and inquiries
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the timely and quality management of claims
**About you!**
- Strong claims or administration skills will be a benefit
- If you have a background in the Power tool Industry this will be highly regarded but not essential
- You will have high attention to detail and the drive to succeed
- Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
- Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience
- Have the drive and determination to deliver the best outcome and results
