Learn about BAP Program HERE Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates We are looking for a motivated individual to join the ANZ Marketing team, focusing on affiliate, referral and growth marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast, Binance user, and junior growth marketer eager to deepen their skills in digital marketing within a fast-paced Web3 environment. Responsibilities: Assist with content creation and management of blogs, announcements, and educational materials; Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages); Lead outreach to Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers and KOLs to build relationships, secure partnerships, and drive new user growth; Lead other referral initiatives for current users; Assist with community growth; Assist with MKT Campaigns executions; Participate in growth experiments and help analyse performance metrics; Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution. Requirements: Interest in crypto/blockchain (previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus); Is a current Binance user (download our app and register an account now, still counts!) Basic understanding of Affiliate marketing Basic understanding of BD and sales process; Ideas for how to grow the Binance user base with affiliate marketing, referral marketing and other strategies for growth; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is considered as an advantage; Based in Australia or New Zealand; Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
