Director of Business Operations
Location: Sydney
Salary: $250,000 FTE + Super (pro-rata for 3 months)
A prestigious and well-established organisation in the education sector is seeking an experienced Director of Business Operations for a short-term 3-month contract. This is an immediate start role providing high-level financial, operational and strategic support to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and improve business systems, processes and workflows
* Oversee policy compliance, internal audits and governance
* Provide financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
* Analyse performance, identify risks and recommend improvements
* Support strategic projects, planning and business modelling
* Manage and mentor operations staff
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
* Uphold professional standards, confidentiality and WHS requirements
Ideal Candidate
* Senior operations leader with experience in finance, strategy or business operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to improve processes and organisational performance
* Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and operational reporting
* Experienced in managing teams and stakeholders
