Financial Leadership Role
About the Position:
* We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled financial leader to oversee our group's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* This senior finance role involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and governance across the organization.
* The successful candidate will lead cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
* You will partner with the CFO and executive team on key initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, and risk management.
* Effective oversight of outsourced bookkeeping and accounting functions is essential in this role.
* Maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness is critical to success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior financial management position, preferably in healthcare or aged care, but not essential.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent qualification is required.
* A Master's degree in Finance or other advanced qualifications are highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance is necessary.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, are crucial.
* High-level analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are expected.
