Administration Officer including Sales and Stock Control
CQ PUMP & IRRIGATION SERVICES is a family-owned specialist water solutions business focused on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of irrigation & pumping systems across a broad range of industries.
Monday to Friday | 8am – 5pm | Full Time

THE ROLE encompasses all facets of an administration position including:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Processing of stock ordering and receiving
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Reconciliation of bank accounts, mailing, banking and filing
- Stock Control
- Assisting and supporting our Sales team by providing superior customer service and sales
FAVOURABLE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Solid administration and computerised accounting software experience
- Experience with stock control (highly regarded)
- Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent (highly regarded)
- Ability to work unsupervised and be intuitive with what needs to be done
- Excellent organisation & communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Current Qld Drivers Licence
- Strong work ethic with a friendly and respectful manner
