About the role
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference?
We are seeking motivated Casual Administration Officers to join our supportive teams at MHDA Bloomfield Campus.
As the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, you'll provide professional and friendly customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our units by assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including admissions and discharges, medical record management, scheduling, meeting support, correspondence, and general office duties.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who:
* Thrives in fast-paced, team-based environments
* Can confidently juggle competing priorities
* Communicates clearly and respectfully with a wide range of people
* Brings strong computer and organisational skills
* Is adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes
