Nu Style Facility Maintenance is an experienced provider of roofing maintenance and building construction services in the Perth Metropolitan Area. We specifically carry out works on government sites and educational institutions with a keen focus on a quality finish, customer satisfaction and discretion carrying out works.
Due to the increased workload, we are currently looking to fill new positions.
Roof Plumber Tradesman. Please state which position you are applying for in your application.
Responsibilities
* Roof replacements and repairs (Tile and Metal).
* Replace or repair Gutters, Fascia and Downpipes.
* Workshop organisation and the handling of tools, equipment and materials.
* Completion of relevant safety documents such as Daily Risk Assessments or Job Safety Analyses. Assistance and training are provided as needed.
* Able to work Saturdays or afterhours if required.
* Provide a high quality of workmanship.
Skills and Experience
* Experience working on roofs and in a building and construction environment
* Ability to provide a Police Clearance (dated within 2 years)
* Able to work both independently and as a team
* Strong work ethic and a reliable nature
