Job Summary:
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for the Tribunal, handling telephone calls and in-person interactions with professionalism and expertise.
* Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure information exchange adheres to legislative requirements.
* Provide high-level support to senior officials, including secretarial, executive, clerical, and administrative tasks.
* Assist in preparing documentation, such as tribunal decisions, draft minutes, briefings, and correspondence.
* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and other events.
