Job Summary:


This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for the Tribunal, handling telephone calls and in-person interactions with professionalism and expertise.



* Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure information exchange adheres to legislative requirements.

* Provide high-level support to senior officials, including secretarial, executive, clerical, and administrative tasks.

* Assist in preparing documentation, such as tribunal decisions, draft minutes, briefings, and correspondence.

* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and other events.



The successful candidate will be allocated additional duties that align with their qualifications, experience, and typical expectations for this job classification.



Key Responsibilities
