Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on succession planning and engagement.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize boutique sales and client loyalty.
* Provide regular business updates, including current sales trends, sales forecasts, and competitor updates.
* Support all facets of boutique operations, including staff rosters, time and attendance, expenses, and reporting.
Requirements:
* Several years of leadership experience within a client-focused environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Energy and enthusiasm in motivating and engaging others.
