Wildflour Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate pastry Chef to join our team for a midnight start. The ideal candidate will have experience in artisanal baking, with a focus on high-quality breads, pastries, and biscuits. As a Pastry Chef at Wildflour, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products from scratch, ensuring consistency, and maintaining our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bread, pastries, and biscuits.
* Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure product consistency.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and product offerings.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all products are prepared in a sanitary environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
