This role oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring high service standards, inventory accuracy, and strong stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining a focus on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Welshpool Warehouse.# **About the Role**We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise who can drive team performance and champion continuous improvement initiatives.* Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch* Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve productivity and quality targets* Ensure compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures* Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational requirements* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment* Liaise with internal stakeholders to support seamless operations**Skills and experience*** Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams* Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes* Knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices* Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills* Strong communication skills and attention to detail* Forklift licence (desirable)**About Us*** Service Stream is an equal opportunity ASX‐listed business that develops and operates Australia's essential service networks across telecommunications, utilities, transport, defence, and social infrastructure industries.
