About the Opportunity
ASC's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) plays a critical role in ensuring our enterprise portfolio is aligned, prioritised, and strategically coordinated across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of EPMO, this role supports decision‐making at the highest levels by improving visibility of ASC's full portfolio of projects and driving continuous improvement in portfolio prioritisation, risk, and dependency management processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the enterprise-wide maturity uplift of portfolio management within a high‐impact national security environment.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate ASC's Portfolio Prioritisation, Opportunity, and Dependency Management frameworks.
* Work collaboratively with Business Units and PMOs to ensure accurate representation of ASC's enterprise portfolio, drivers, and constraints.
* Partner with key stakeholders to define reporting and business requirements that enhance enterprise portfolio visibility and decision‐making.
* Provide stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Support the development and implementation of a 'single view of change' in collaboration with Organisational Change.
* Drive efficiencies in PMO‐related reporting and uplift the maturity of EPMO processes and governance.
* Champion continuous improvement across all EPMO portfolio practices.
About you
* Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and portfolio management tools and methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability with a structured, data‐driven approach.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
* Experience collaborating with PMOs and Business Units to support portfolio‐wide planning and reporting.
* Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable insights, outputs, and recommendations.
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
