Redbank, Queensland – fully air‐conditioned automated distribution centre.
Position
Maintenance Technician – part of the shift Maintenance Team, permanent full‐time.
About You
* Commitment to safety and a proactive safety attitude.
* Background in mechanical maintenance or related field (mechanic, diesel fitter, etc.).
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Interest in automation and technology and ability to learn new concepts and procedures.
Physical Requirements
* Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, standing.
* Work at heights up to 30 m with fall‐arrest gear and PPE.
* Lifting, pulling, pushing up to 25 kg unassisted.
Responsibilities
* Maximise system performance and up‐time through effective execution of all maintenance‐related activities.
* Carry out a broad range of mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
* Co‐operate with the Production Team on fault correction coaching and troubleshooting.
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical drive technology (motors, gears).
* Assist in installation or refurbishment of system components.
* Promote a supportive work environment focused on teamwork and collaboration.
