Finance Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of the Australian Accounting Standards and demonstrated experience in finance, including leadership or management roles.
The ideal candidate will have Professional Accounting Qualifications (CPA/CA) with a degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline, as well as experience in financial operations: month end close, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, FBT and statutory compliance.
Community Services sector experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the ongoing development and review of financial budgets, forecasts and financial reports
* Provide effective leadership to the Finance team and ensure the delivery of professional, friendly and helpful support that reflect our organisation's values
* Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of standardised financial practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support quality outcomes and meet compliance requirements
