Role Description
We are seeking a
Marketing Campaign Analyst
to join our Customer Marketing team on a
fixed-term contract
. You'll help shape
data-driven campaigns
by
building dashboards
,
optimising customer segmentation
, and
delivering actionable insights that drive results
in a fast-paced telco environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain marketing dashboards (Tableau)
for campaign and
performance reporting
.
Develop segmentation strategies
to improve targeting and engagement.
Analyse campaign and customer data
to uncover insights and opportunities.
Partner with marketing managers to design, test, and evaluate campaigns.
Prepare regular reporting with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
3+ years
experience in a Marketing Campaign Analyst position
Strong skills in
Tableau, SQL, and Excel
Background in
telco or subscription-based industries
(preferred).
Experience with
Salesforce CRM / Marketing Cloud
(a bonus).
Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and reporting
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
