NOVEMBER ****; 1–2 Nov – Day 10am–8pm $220/hr; 3–4 Nov – Night 9:30pm–7:30am $250/hr; ***** Nov – Day 7am–5pm $180/hr; ***** Nov – Day 12pm–10pm $180/hr; Additional Batemans Bay night shifts ***** Nov and ***** Nov may be available; Rates: Day $180–$220/hr; Night $200–$250/hr.
Credentials:
NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
