Administration Assistant
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support across multiple service areas.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have strong organisational skills.
* Administrative support to various service areas including main reception, admissions & theatre, aged care, antenatal clinic, medical imaging, medical records and ward clerk duties.
* Provide high-quality support to patients and visitors as the face and voice of our healthcare organisation.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* Familiarity with medical terminology and privacy principles.
