Cluster Cyber Engagement Analyst

**Primary purpose of the role**:
The Cluster Cyber Engagement Analyst is responsible for assisting with cluster security coordination, strategy and engagement across the various cyber security teams. The role includes collection and analysis of security metrics, incidents and threats. The role requires ad-hoc integration with the cyber security operations team to support incident response or analysis.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Respond to and escalate cyber security enquiries from agencies external to the department.
- Develop quarterly reporting to track cyber security metrics for agencies using department's infrastructure.
- Support the development and maintenance of services to the cluster from a cyber security service catalogue, as well as assisting in their delivery.
- Provide secretariat support for cyber security forums and working groups.
- Coordinate the distribution of advisories, vulnerability reports and alerts to cluster agencies.
- Support the coordination of NSW Cyber Security Policy reporting for the cluster.
- Assist with the delivery of training and capability uplift.
- Assist with the execution of an effective stakeholder engagement schedule.
- Support the Manager Cluster Cyber Engagement with the execution and delivery of a Cluster Cyber Security Strategy.
**Key knowledge and experience**:
- Security architecture and security operations background / experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrated relationship management experience across a wide-ranging stakeholder group.
- Tertiary qualifications or reputable cyber security certifications and demonstrated industry / professional experience.
