The role
Lead Business Analyst Enterprise Transformation Program Adelaide | Hybrid | 12-Month Contract We’re currently partnering with a large enterprise organisation undertaking a complex, multi-stream transformation program and are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join the delivery function. This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to someone who can balance hands‑on business analysis with leadership and coordination of a broader BA capability across a large‑scale transformation environment. The program spans multiple workstreams across technology, operations, integrations, platforms and organisational change, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in complex enterprise delivery settings.
About the Role Reporting into the BA Practice Lead, you will provide day‑to‑day leadership across the BA function, ensuring consistency, governance, traceability and quality across the program landscape. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, SMEs, technical teams and external vendors to manage dependencies, resolve ambiguity and ensure analytical outputs remain aligned to delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate BA activity across multiple concurrent workstreams
Mentor and support Business Analysts across the program
Drive consistency across requirements management, traceability and BA standards
Facilitate workshops and manage cross-stream dependencies and delivery risks
Review and assure quality across requirements and delivery artefacts
Support governance forums with structured and auditable outputs
Partner closely with delivery teams, stakeholders and vendors across the full lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement of BA capability, standards and practices
About You
Demonstrated experience leading Business Analysis teams within enterprise transformation programs
Strong experience across governance, requirements management and delivery coordination
Proven ability operating across large‑scale, multi‑vendor environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capability
Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models
Strong process modelling and documentation capability
Experience within regulated or complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded
