Lifeguard Job Description
Our ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the safety of aquatic clientele, providing first aid and maintaining a clean pool environment.
* Pool Safety: The successful lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and responding to emergencies in a timely manner.
* Customer Service: Our lifeguard will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they feel safe and welcome in our pool environment.
* First Aid: In the event of an injury or illness, our lifeguard will provide basic first aid and communicate with emergency services if necessary.
Requirements: Lifeguard Responsibilities, Skills, And Training:
Key Responsibilities: Perform regular pool inspections to identify potential hazards,
monitor pool activities and enforce safety rules and regulations,
respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications: Current CPR certification,
Basic Life Support certification,
First Aid certification,
strong communication skills,
ability to work independently and as part of a team,
physical stamina to perform job requirements.
