WesTrac are looking for an innovative **Recruitment Manager - Trades & Craft **to join our Resourcing Solutions team.
Reporting to the Strategic Workforce Planning & Resourcing Manager, this individual will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of a team of blue-collar recruitment professionals, within a shared services setting. This individual will be accountable for contributing to the team’s overall success by turning the business strategy into an actionable recruiting strategy and building proactive recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps
To be successful in this role, you will be a forward-thinking, results-driven individual who has a continuous improvement mindset and a customer-centric approach. With demonstrated experience leading a team, you will have the natural ability to motivate and inspire whilst effectively coaching and mentoring your team to deliver consistent outcomes.
**To be successful the following is required**:
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver recruitment requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Be able to communicate and collaborate at a high level with a diverse range of interdepartmental stakeholders
- Bring a forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent, using attraction strategies including digital channels that will contribute to positioning WesTrac as an “employer of choice”
- Gather and analyse talent data to anticipate trends and developments in the recruitment market
- Identify market challenges and opportunities, generate solutions and take actions to address them
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgement and a high level of professionalism at all times
