Job Profile

This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development within a dynamic organization. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal part in supporting business leaders and managers to maximize team capabilities and performance.

* Employee relations management and response to employee queries
* Supporting organizational processes while maintaining fairness and confidentiality
* Ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and acquired teams
* Coordinating exit processes with professionalism, capturing insights to enhance retention and manager capability
* Implementing strategic programs, collaborating with leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Supporting talent development through objective setting and reviews, identifying capability gaps, coordinating learning initiatives and talent programs
* Providing coaching and guidance to managers and leaders
* Contributing to policy refresh and auditing against best practices
* Managing accurate HR records and workflows through our HRIS system
* Generating insightful reports to inform business decisions
* Contributing to HR projects aimed at streamlining and improving best practices


Key Responsibilities

* Employee Relations Management: Addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and providing support for work-related issues.
* Organizational Support: Collaborating with departments to implement effective solutions and maintain operational efficiency.
* Onboarding and Exit Processes: Ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
* Talent Development: Identifying opportunities for growth, creating development plans, and implementing training initiatives.
* Strategic Programs: Designing and implementing programs to drive business success and improve team performance.
* Coaching and Guidance: Providing developmental feedback, coaching, and mentoring to support the growth of managers and leaders.
* Policy Refresh and Audit: Reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with best practices.
