Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge structural engineering solutions for our high-rise facilities. As a senior structural engineer, you will play a key role in designing and analyzing complex structural systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
* Own and manage structural engineering work packages from conceptual feasibility studies to construction completion, focusing on integrated high-rise facility design and development.
* Perform standard and complex structural analyses, designs, and calculations using industry-standard methodology and principles.
* Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural systems.
* Estimate material quantities, schedules, and costs for construction projects.
* Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
* Manage multi-discipline design and construction projects, including coordination of typical systems found in high-rise buildings (MEP, HVAC, etc).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline.
* 5+ years of experience with the design or build of structural infrastructure.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Design experience with steel and/or concrete high-rise design projects, including design and analysis of primary gravity and lateral force resisting systems.
* Exposure to high-rise construction projects is strongly preferred, with experience working through CA on multiple large-scale projects.
* Experience with temporary stability analysis during construction.
* Familiarity with various types of steel erection equipment (tower cranes, large crawlers, etc).
Additional Requirements:
* Must be willing to travel.
* Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
