About the Role
The position is accountable for proactively and reactively coordinating and managing event details, dealing with client requests from the Sales Phase to the Post Event Phase. The role involves soliciting and handling sales opportunities for events at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, assisting in leading all day-to-day activities related to events sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring and developing performance review for pre & post events to provide recommendation, liaising with marketing and other divisions of the hotels in building successful relationships that generate event sales opportunities, and using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage event details throughout the sales and post‑event phases.
* Solicit and handle sales opportunities for events at The Ritz‑Carlton, Perth.
* Assist in leading all day‑to‑day activities related to event sales with a focus on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

* Liaise with marketing and other hotel divisions to generate event sales opportunities and exceed guest expectations.
* Use knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.
