Responsibilities
* Reporting to an exceptional Head of Payroll, you will play a critical role in reviewing, analysing, and remediating payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fairness for all employees. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who loves solving problems and improving processes.
* Conduct detailed analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies, gaps, or historical issues
* Assist in performing calculations and modelling required for remediation
* Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to validate findings
* Support process improvements and contribute to project documentation
* Provide insights and recommendations aligned with compliance requirements and best practice
* Ensure accurate reporting, clear communication, and meticulous record-keeping throughout the project
Qualifications
* Strong payroll remediation or payroll analysis experience
* A solid understanding of awards, EBAs, legislation, and payroll compliance
* High attention to detail and confidence working with complex data
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
