We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team. 
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and supporting educators and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth. They will also design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development. 
Responsibilities include prioritising children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards, and cultivating a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity. 
Requirements: 
ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field. 
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role. 
A current Working with Children Check. 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
