For more information, visit: https://www.secomts.com Key Responsibilities Compliance & Governance Support Maintain the central SPARC project register, action logs and milestone tracking • Maintain registers of licences, accreditations and regulatory obligations • Assist with governance documentation including policies and procedures Documentation & Records Management Prepare and maintain company policies and compliance documentation • Ensure structured filing and version control of corporate records • Maintain records of agreements and compliance documentation Restructure & Compliance Project Support Assist with the organisation-wide restructure and ABN transition project • Support preparation of novation deeds and stakeholder communications • Coordinate communications with clients, suppliers and internal teams Data & Systems Coordination Work with HR, Finance and IT to update systems with new entity and ABN information • Conduct data validation and quality checks across systems and databases • Maintain contact databases for clients, suppliers and partners Employee Transition Support Assist HR with employee documentation relating to transfer of business obligations • Support communication materials, FAQs and acknowledgement documentation Stakeholder Communication Coordinate bulk communications and maintain internal knowledge resources • Track stakeholder responses and escalate issues where required What You’ll Bring Australian Citizenship (required for NV1 Security Clearance eligibility) • 2 years’ experience in administration, compliance or project support roles • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document and data management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Secom Values Trustworthy – Delivering quality work reliably to completion Effective – Solid desire to consistently achieve the best possible outcome Collaborative – True interest in working together to drive improved outcomes Honesty – Always show ethical integrity through your work and behaviour Apply Now: If you are a detail-focused professional looking to build your career in compliance, governance or project coordination within a growing national organisation, we would love to hear from you.
