To join IMB's IT Service and Operations Delivery team, we are looking for **Desktop & Operations Support Analysts (Level 1 and 2 Support) **to help deliver on the maintenance and support of IMB's desktop environment and infrastructure, and to carry out core banking operational activities.

This opportunity will appeal to emerging IT professionals with a genuine passion for delivery great customer service and looking to get a foot in the door of a dynamic company, learn new skills and gain experience in systems, core banking platforms, operations and all of the process and systems that support infrastructure.

This is a role full of variety ranging from:

- Configuring new PCs, Desktops, Monitors and other IT related equipment for installation and troubleshooting
- Carrying out time critical core banking operational tasks e.g. IMB's batch processing requirements (on a rotating roster basis)
- Helping with the planning and rollout of new systems and process efficiencies
- Responding to time critical business requests and helping to resolve incident/events, monitoring and reporting on status
- Contributing to Projects and Change Management, working to Scope Change Control processes and procedures
- Coordinating and executing test cases on system changes to deliver quality results to customers -Remove
- Visiting IMB sites to help solve issues or implement solutions.

Ideally we would love to provide this opportunity to someone looking to further a career in IT, or someone that may be currently in an operational/administrative/service support role looking to take their career in a new direction.

We'd love to hear from you if you believe you have the success attributes, skills and knowledge required including:

- A proactive approach and genuine interest and passion to help others backed with a track record in delivering positive customer experiences
- A collaborative team approach with the desire to contribute to team success
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate IT jargon into simple vocabulary that all customers can understand
- A working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Desktops (desirable)
- An interest in completing an IT related qualification or have completed one
- Experience and/or knowledge of running batch processes and performing systems testing in Windows based environments (advantageous)
- The availability to work on a rotating 24/7 roster (including afternoons, nights, public holidays and weekends) as rostered
- A valid NSW drivers license (Provisional or Full) to attend site visits.
