LN Price & Partners Pty Ltd is a Busselton-based entity with multiple businesses in its portfolio, covering shopping centres, retail shops, RTO and logistics.

We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to partner with management & employees across the business units, to ensure our people practices are not only legally compliant but also practical & effective.

This Busselton based role is full time but we will consider part time for the right applicant. There may be travel to our other business unit locations as required.

This role plays a key part in the day-to-day HR function coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, administering performance review cycles, and supporting recruitment, payroll and compliance processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR generalist experience who enjoys variety and wants to further their skills in a supportive and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administration and coordination across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee retention and separations.
* Provide advice on IR/ER issues, including Award interpretation, Fair Work compliance and workplace legislation.
* Coordinate & provide advice to management & employees on injury management processes including Workers Compensation claims.
* Support management in conducting performance reviews including KPI frameworks, structured feedback processes and performance management.
* Assist management with Apprenticeship enrolments and lodge ADMS claims.
* Draft, update and maintain policies aligned with legislative, audit and business needs.

About you:

* Demonstrated 5 years' experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
* Strong knowledge of HR legislation, Fair Work/NES, Award interpretation.
* Experience working with Award-based employees including Trainees and Apprentices.
* Exposure & demonstrated understanding of payroll software & processes.
* Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on day-to-day support.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Intermediate/advanced computer skills.
* Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
