POSITION PURPOSE As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store and team performance by creating an exceptional customer experience, fostering a strong sales attitude, and promoting a people-first culture that values succession and retention. As an Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities include: PEOPLE Create and maintain a people-first culture emphasizing development, collaboration, transparency, and open communication. Lead, coach, and support the store team to meet people, performance, planning, and operational goals. Provide regular, constructive feedback focusing on professional development and internal growth. PERFORMANCE Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience using CLASS sale techniques and customer service standards. Drive sales performance aligning with retail goals, budgets, and KPIs. Support the Store Manager in planning and executing VM guidelines. Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to identify opportunities and develop action plans. Act as the primary point of contact and manager on duty during Store Manager's RDO and annual leave.
