Are you a friendly and professional individual passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? McMahon Services, a leading Australian company in construction, industrial, and environmental services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House/Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic office team based at our Head Office.

About the Role

As an integral member of our office team, you will deliver a people-person approach and create an outstanding first impression to customers in person or over the phone.

In addition to this, you will assist in providing administrative support to the wider business as required.

What You Will Do

Manage incoming calls, emails and meeting room bookings

Manage relationships with vendors to ensure adequate and timely service is being delivered

Assist with administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and couriers

Manage supplies of consumables such as stationery, printer and kitchen supplies

Manage the corporate travel dashboard and approval as required

Managing end-to-end uniform orders

Assist with fleet vehicle registrations

Assist with onsite events like EOM Drinks, breakfast BBQs, and other smaller events as and when required.

Other ad-hoc administrative duties, as directed by management

What You Will Bring

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Strong customer service skills and a friendly and approachable personal style.

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software

Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications, intermediate-level Excel and Word skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience handling confidential information.

Previous experience in the building, construction services or similar industry is advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.

Proven track record of delivering efficient customer service and administrative support.
