THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Physiotherapist to join our collaborative and busy Elsternwick multi-disciplinary practice.
We are looking for a personable and confident practitioner with a desire to excel in private practice and Pilates, eager to develop your clinical knowledge and skills. You will take on an existing caseload that consists of a 50/50 Physio + Pilates split.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
* Managing an existing busy and varied physiotherapy caseload independently.
* Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve their well-being and meet their health goals, liaising with GPs, specialists, NDIS, and other allied health professionals.
* Developing and implementing rehabilitation programs in our designated rehab studio.
* Conducting physiotherapy rehab small group sessions and class-based physio/Pilates classes using Pilates and gym equipment.
* Opportunities to teach the GLA:D program.
* Delivering in-services to the team.
* Self-promotion and marketing to grow your caseload and reputation within the community.
* If applicable, participating in the Junior Mentor Program.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Full Australian Working Rights
Full AHPRA and APA Registration
High clinical reasoning skills
Ability to develop rapport and maintain a loyal caseload
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced exercise rehab prescription skills
