They will manage day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Job Description We are looking for people who work best in a hands-on role, enjoy working as part of a diverse team but have the capacity to also work autonomously. We have the below shift available permanent full time Monday to Friday : Afternoon Shift - 3.44pm to 11.50pm What will you be doing? Packing: Packing Lines - inspection and packing of finished meals into cartons Labelling of cartons - codes, dates, etc Control of outgoing products Rotation work in freezer (must be able to work in freezer for 1 hour per day) Cleaning of floors, walls, conveyors, machinery, etc Sanitizing of machinery and all food production equipment to the highest standard Deliver exceptional quality and results each shift To be successful in this role, you will have: Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Able to work in cooler environments – our factory is around 8 degrees Celsius The ability to work under pressure and to strict time frames and quality standards Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team You enjoy doing physical and repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day Whilst not essential previous experience in a 24 hour FMCG environment working as a cleaner would be advantageous.
