We are seeking a reliable and detail‐oriented Ward Clerk to join our team in the Penhall Residential Care Unit. The Ward Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the nursing team and ensuring smooth and productive operations within the ward. This position requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication abilities to interact with residents, families and staff.

• High level of computer and data entry skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines, whilst providing a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience providing high level customer service to internal and external customers.
