Job Title:

Our ideal candidate will lead the team at a large facility, ensuring exceptional customer experience. As a facilities manager, you'll be fully accountable for operational and program deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure visitor and employee safety through effective planning and oversight.
* Coach leaders to deliver key performance indicators through engagement, performance planning and individual development plans.
* Drive a high-performance community-minded culture through visible leadership and team engagement.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in managing a leisure or aquatic facility.
* Highly developed communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* National Police Check, Working with Children Check, CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
