We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior/ Advanced/ or Master Hairstylist to join our Sunshine Coast salon. If you are full of personality, have an energetic vibe, and a genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry, we'd love to hear from you
Please note this position is specifically for our Cotton Tree location only.

Base pay rate is calculated on level of experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 4 years experience in a salon setting. (Minimum 1 year qualified).
Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent).
Proficient and confident in all aspects of hairdressing (colouring, cutting, and styling).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Perform as a dual operator (Colour, cutting, and styling).
Eager to learn the Omorfia way and expand skills in specialised services, including blondes and balayage.
Assist in supervising and mentoring emerging stylists .
General cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Stock control.
Perform safety and hygiene practices.
Administrative tasks as required by your manager.
Track and meet personal KPIs .
Up-sell and cross-sell products and services.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment .
Provide exceptional client service .
Maintain a high standard of appearance and hygiene .
