About the Role:
The C&I Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth across multiple regions in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities include market research to stay abreast of trends, competitors, and customer demands in the energy storage market. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies based on market analysis, incorporating prospecting, expansion, and follow-up of potential customers.
* Business planning is essential for this role, where you will create business plans for the region, incorporating sales and budget targets to ensure revenue growth.
* Nurturing key customers and partners through strategic relationships and regular performance reports is crucial for long-term partnerships and growth.
* You will manage C&I key accounts by tailoring sales strategies to client needs, ensuring long-term partnerships and growth.
* Internal coordination is required to support sales efforts and participate in contract negotiations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have over 5 years of sales experience in solar PV and energy-related fields with in-depth knowledge of residential and C&I energy storage markets in Australia.
* An established channel network with the ability to identify potential customers and establish cooperative relationships is essential.
* Excellent sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and teamwork, are necessary for success.
* Mastery of market analysis and planning skills to develop effective sales strategies is also required.
* A strong understanding of energy storage, solar PV, and energy industries, along with technical knowledge, is necessary for this role.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese language is preferred but not required.
