**About the role**:
- Present food for service and serve drinks
- Assist with preparation and plating of food where required
- Maintain cleanliness of areas and clearing dishes and utensils away for washing
**About you**:
- Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Maintain personal presentation standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and at times, autonomously
- Willing to obtain National Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check
