As an Employer Engagement Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated Employment Engagement Consultants who work with our employer partners. Our Employer Engagement team play a vital role in securing employment opportunities for our clients.
This is a great opportunity to truly help shape how organisations can employ people with disability, injury or health condition. You will have the opportunity to work with employers around their diversity strategies and how to build that into their recruitment practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Lead a team of dedicated Employment Engagement Consultants
* Work with employer partners to create employment opportunities for people with disability
* Develop and implement strategies to increase employment opportunities for people with disability
* Manage and motivate high achievers in a fast paced, outcome driven environment
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
* Strong leadership and strategic experience
* Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability and quality initiatives
* Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively
* Highly developed negotiation skills
