Medical Education and Support Role
This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Education and Support Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Directors of Prevocational Education and Training in the development, coordination and evaluation of education for junior medical officers.
You will provide support to junior medical staff, foster their wellbeing, and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with the Junior Medical Officer Manager to provide administrative support and facilitate prevocational training.
The hospital is located in Bankstown and serves a diverse community with tertiary affiliations to three universities.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex rosters and payroll systems, maintaining accuracy and compliance with relevant awards and policies.
