* Oversee financial management, reporting, and risk management

* Monitor asset utilisation and operational viability across all sites
Requirements:
* Proven success in a similar senior leadership role
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets
* Experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement
* Vision and capability to grow revenue and strengthen brand presence
* A hands-on and proactive leadership style with a collaborative mindset
* Experience in retail, FMCG, agriculture, seafood, or co-operative sectors advantageous but not essential
