The Harvey Norman Toowoomba Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Excellent Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and support the flooring team in Toowoomba.
Help customers find the best home solution and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Use knowledge of flooring products (carpets, timber floors and tiles) to assist customer queries and support in-home sales where applicable.
What we require / To be successful
Have a passion for retail.
Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business.
A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries.
Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home.
Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable; car is essential.
Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving and resolve complaints to ensure happy customers and timely, accurate services.
Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets.
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
